Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI/ML, agentic, search, or discovery products.
- Prior experience operating at a senior or staff level.
- Track record of moving business metrics such as usage, conversion, revenue, and engagement at scale.
- Experience building tooling, dashboards, and controls for business users like merchandisers or category managers.
- Deep technical understanding of AI/ML and LLM-powered experiences including quality, latency, cost, and reliability trade-offs.
- Comfort navigating zero-to-one ambiguity and scaling experiments into a portfolio.
- Strong rigorous, measurement-first mindset.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and align diverse teams toward a shared vision.
- Instinct for building trustworthy AI through transparency and guardrails.
- Ability to lead through clarity and credibility.
Responsibilities
- Drive measurable lift in usage, conversion, revenue, and engagement across agentic experiences.
- Build dashboards and tooling that grant business teams visibility and control over agentic behaviors.
- Scale experimentation by turning one-off projects into repeatable, reliable launch processes.
- Define multi-quarter strategy and vision for the Agentic Discovery chapter.
- Partner with ML and engineering teams to productionize agentic and LLM-powered experiences.
- Define and instrument core metrics for velocity, usage, and business outcomes.
- Implement guardrails, transparency, and explainability as core features of agentic discovery.
