Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical product management experience, including leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Track record of taking a product from point solution toward platform, or contributing to a platform, integration, or data-surface product.
  • Exceptional ability to translate customer needs into strategic product direction and sequence an ambitious vision into fundable steps.
  • Deep expertise in prioritization frameworks and product decision-making under uncertainty.
  • Strong technical acumen, including system architecture, integrations/APIs, and data platforms.
  • Ability to influence at all levels, including leadership, and align teams on strategy, decisions, and trade-offs.
  • Experience mentoring and developing other product managers.
  • Excellent communication skills in an all-remote setting.
  • Comfortable spending significant time directly with customers or end users.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CPO to develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap that establishes Prism as the agentic operating platform for the data center.
  • Translate the platform vision into a sequenced, fundable roadmap and drive delivery across teams.
  • Visit and join calls with customers regularly to gather unfiltered feedback and observe Prism in production.
  • Translate floor-level customer pain into clear, high-quality product requirements.
  • Drive expansion by connecting data center operational systems and advancing insight, recommendations, and autonomous control offerings.
  • Lead the delivery of key integrations that connect new systems into Prism.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to sequence and ship platform capabilities that enable broader, safer autonomy.
  • Support the expansion of Prism’s user base and collaborate with go-to-market and Finance on packaging and pricing.
  • Establish frameworks for prioritization, discovery, and risk mitigation, and mentor other PMs.
  • Define and own success metrics including adoption, progress along the insight-to-autonomy axis, and expansion revenue.
