Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business systems management, Sales operations, Process Improvement, or Partner Management.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agents or automated workflows.
- Deep working knowledge of Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, and workflow rules.
- Proficiency in Jira for project and issue tracking.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to independently navigate unstructured data and define new processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Drupal or Drupal PaaS is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify bottlenecks in partner-facing and internal processes to design and implement end-to-end improvements.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Maintain, configure, and optimize partner operations tools including Salesforce, Jira, and the Partner Portal.
- Lead project planning for high-visibility initiatives such as the Partner Portal rebuild and automation rollouts.
- Analyze data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights for partner program decision-making.
