Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on fund operations experience within an investment environment.
- Strong foundation in fund accounting, NAV review, and position/cash reconciliation.
- Experience managing investor transactions, capital calls, and fee calculations.
- Expertise in KYC/AML processes and investor register maintenance.
- Experience coordinating with fund administrators, transfer agents, and prime brokers.
- Hands-on accounting experience with AP, AR, and month-end close.
- C2 / Near-native English proficiency, written and spoken.
- Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong controls mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly NAV process and drive the close through final review.
- Coordinate month-end activities with fund administrators and external providers.
- Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls, and distributions.
- Manage KYC/AML onboarding and maintain accurate investor records.
- Produce quarterly fact sheets and performance reports.
- Manage management company books, including AP/AR and month-end close.
- Support operational setup and documentation for new fund launches.
- Document procedures and build scalable operational playbooks.
