Requirements
- 5+ years of experience improving operational efficiency and governance in a complex environment.
- Background in Learning & Development, HR, or Shared Services.
- Prior experience in team or people management within a complex global organization.
- Experience working within an L&D Matrix or Shared Services model.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a remote team.
- Experience leading L&D projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and service delivery skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to work at all levels.
- Confident using data and reporting to monitor performance and service delivery.
- Solid project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the People Services L&D support team to ensure accurate and high-quality task delivery.
- Balance resources, skills, and workload to optimize team performance.
- Forecast and plan with stakeholders to support resourcing and delivery of the L&D plan.
- Lead and deliver L&D projects aligned with People Services and COE strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver initiatives and shared success.
- Provide coaching support to team members to uphold quality and capability.
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues and ensure appropriate resolution.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and digital efficiency in L&D.
- Manage enhancements to L&D systems including LMS and Workday.
- Oversee ServiceNow queue and workflow to maintain service standards.
