Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing a recruitment team in a product company.
- Experience managing middle/senior specialists and fostering an autonomous team.
- Proven experience building or significantly improving recruitment operations and processes.
- Deep understanding of recruitment analytics, KPIs, hiring funnels, and performance metrics.
- Experience with systematic recruiting and structured candidate evaluation methodologies.
- Experience interacting with hiring managers at various levels, up to C-level.
- Strong understanding of the Ukrainian IT talent landscape.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Build a systematic approach for the TA team through quantitative and qualitative KPIs, analytics, and performance evaluation.
- Manage and develop a team of middle/senior recruiters, providing strategic leadership.
- Improve recruitment operations such as time to hire, SLA, ATS management, data quality, and reporting.
- Scale the TA team based on business needs, including hiring new recruiters and managing external contractors.
- Develop a performance management approach for the recruitment team to ensure consistent results.
- Partner with hiring managers at all levels to improve hiring processes and recruitment initiatives.
- Develop approaches for structured candidate evaluation, candidate experience, and engagement.
- Analyze recruitment processes regularly to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
