Requirements
- Have 5+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Bring full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across technical and non-technical roles in a small to mid-sized SaaS environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, interviewing techniques, and recruitment processes.
- Use analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex situations and develop recommendations.
- Meet or exceed recruiting metrics and KPIs.
- Have familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other modern recruiting technologies.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Have experience identifying and contributing to or leading talent acquisition process improvements.
- Exercise discretion and confidentiality when working with senior and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with organizational needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offers, and hiring coordination.
- Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and HR business partners throughout the process.
- Use internal performance data and external talent market insights to advise leaders and build candidate pipelines.
- Advise on recruiting strategies, sourcing approaches, candidate assessment, and hiring best practices.
- Analyze recruiting challenges and develop practical recommendations.
- Support and train recruiting team members to promote consistent recruiting processes.
- Manage and track job approval workflows and communicate with stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and participate in or lead talent acquisition initiatives.
