Job Details

Proven experience in a mid-to-senior social media management role in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
Demonstrated success in growing organic social media accounts, particularly Instagram.
Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing a creative or social media team.
Deep understanding of current social media trends, content formats, algorithms, and audience behavior.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite or Metricool.
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Native-level German with a deep understanding of the German market.
Strong business-fluent English, both written and spoken.

Own and manage organic social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram.
Develop and execute social media strategies designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, community growth, and follower growth.
Build and maintain an editorial content calendar, coordinating the scheduling, publishing, and optimization of content.
Analyze organic social performance and create regular reports containing actionable insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Creative, CRM, and Ecommerce teams.
Lead, mentor, and support the content and social media team by establishing clear goals and effective workflows.
Organize and prioritize team workloads according to business requirements and deadlines.
