Responsibilities
- Analyze viral short-form content and adapt successful patterns for creators.
- Write scripts and shot lists for creator execution.
- Provide precise feedback on content performance and required adjustments.
- Direct editors and content posters to ensure output quality.
- Monitor and analyze every post to determine successful strategies versus underperforming content.
- Execute fast-paced testing to scale successful content ideas.
