Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in community growth, strategy and operations, product strategy, or management consulting.
- Experience within a consumer product or platform organization.
- Demonstrated track record of sizing opportunities and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical fluency including advanced spreadsheet modeling and SQL.
- Ability to work effectively with Data Science partners to interpret complex or imperfect data.
- Experience defining KPIs, measurement frameworks, and applying experimentation methodologies.
- Proven experience managing and developing people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership narratives.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Experience in both scaled consumer organizations and startup or scale-up environments.
- Experience with product-led, ecosystem, or community growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the Community Growth intelligence agenda by identifying high-value strategic questions and prioritizing analytical work.
- Translate ambiguous growth opportunities into clear hypotheses, analytical plans, and actionable recommendations.
- Build decision-ready investment cases connecting strategy, resource requirements, and expected impact.
- Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and operating rhythms for growth initiatives.
- Create consistent business reviews and narratives to communicate results and insights to senior leadership.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in partnership with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and Finance.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders by challenging assumptions and aligning stakeholders.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and strategists while staying hands-on with execution.
