Job Details

8+ years of experience in community growth, community marketing, strategy and operations, product strategy, business analytics, or management consulting.
Experience working on a consumer product or platform.
Proven track record of sizing opportunities and building investment cases.
Strong analytical fluency with advanced spreadsheet modeling skills.
Working knowledge of SQL.
Experience defining KPIs, measurement frameworks, and applying experimentation.
Ability to perform hands-on analysis and partner effectively with Data Science.
Experience managing and developing people while remaining a contributor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior-level narratives.
Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and influence without direct authority.
Experience in both scaled consumer organizations and startup or scale-up environments.

Own the Community Growth intelligence agenda by identifying strategic questions and prioritizing analytical work.
Frame ambiguous growth opportunities into clear hypotheses, analytical plans, and recommendations.
Build decision-ready investment cases connecting strategy, product, resource needs, and risks.
Establish metrics and measurement frameworks for growth initiatives in partnership with Data Science.
Create a rhythm of business through portfolio prioritization, business reviews, and reporting.
Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution and iteration.
Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders by challenging assumptions and aligning teams.
Manage and develop a small team of analysts and strategists.
