Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in community growth, marketing, strategy/ops, product strategy, or business analytics.
- Proven track record in a consumer product or platform organization.
- Strong analytical fluency with advanced spreadsheet modeling.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience defining KPIs and applying rigorous experimentation/evaluation approaches.
- Demonstrated ability managing and developing professional teams.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and influence without direct authority.
- Experience in both startup/scale-up and scaled consumer organization environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience with product-led, ecosystem, or community growth models.
Responsibilities
- Own the Community Growth intelligence agenda by identifying strategic questions and prioritizing analytical work.
- Frame ambiguous growth opportunities into clear hypotheses, analytical plans, and investment cases.
- Establish metrics and measurement frameworks for growth initiatives, partnering with Data Science.
- Create a rhythm of business through portfolio prioritization, business reviews, and concise reporting.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Community, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and Finance.
- Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders by challenging assumptions and aligning teams.
- Manage and develop a small team of analysts and strategists.
