Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Proven experience building and shipping high-craft, user-centric products with complex workflows.
- Experience operating end-to-end from discovery and strategy through execution and iteration.
- Strong product judgment and UX sensibility with attention to detail and edge cases.
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive data-informed decisions.
- Strong communication and partnership skills to build alignment across teams.
- Ability to drive momentum and navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience shipping LLM or agentic product features is a plus.
- Experience working on messaging, scheduling, or calendar surfaces is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own problem discovery, solution design, and delivery across calendar, scheduling, availability, messaging, and client management.
- Develop 0→1 strategy and execution for AI and agentic workflows to automate client coordination.
- Create and execute product roadmaps translating provider and patient needs into high-craft solutions.
- Monitor success metrics across provider retention, engagement, and patient access to iterate and improve quality.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and clinical teams to ship reliable, intuitive experiences.
