Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on developer-facing, DevOps, or infrastructure products.
- Strong technical understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Familiarity with identity security concepts such as authentication, authorization, access policies, and audit logging.
- Proven track record of strategic ownership, including defining roadmaps and making difficult prioritization decisions.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for research, specification writing, and prototyping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Experience working within open-source communities and public-facing development workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret API documentation, SDK specifications, and architecture diagrams.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Secrets Manager, setting quarterly commitments and prioritizing outcomes.
- Perform continuous customer discovery by engaging with developers, DevOps engineers, and platform teams.
- Produce high-quality PRDs, strategy narratives, and documentation for executive and technical stakeholders.
- Partner with the Product Owner to ensure smooth backlog management and sprint delivery.
- Manage the developer experience across various surfaces including SDKs, CLI, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Deliver and scale agentic credential access features within the Secrets Manager.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and solutions engineering on go-to-market and competitive positioning.
- Measure product performance using data to track adoption, integration usage, and retention.
