Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management with focus on developer, DevOps, or infrastructure tooling.
- Proven experience shipping products for technical audiences (developers/DevOps).
- Technical familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Understanding of authentication, access policies, and credential lifecycle management.
- Strong written communication skills, including experience writing PRDs and strategy documents.
- Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Anthropic Claude) for research and prototyping.
- Experience operating with a delivery partner/Product Owner model.
- Comfort working in open-source environments with public-facing roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and quarterly commitments for the Secrets Manager.
- Conduct continuous customer discovery with developers and platform engineering teams.
- Produce PRDs, strategy narratives, and documentation for executive and stakeholder review.
- Partner with a Senior Product Owner to manage backlog quality and sprint delivery.
- Oversee developer experience across SDKs, CLI, Kubernetes operators, and Terraform providers.
- Develop strategies for agentic credential access and machine identity authentication.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on GTM strategy, positioning, and competitive analysis.
- Measure product adoption, retention, and integration usage to inform roadmap decisions.
