Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale lending technology programs in North America.
- Deep understanding of core Finance software.
- Strong track record in end-to-end program management from scoping to go-live.
- Full accountability for program quality, scope, and budget.
- Experience building and leading high-performing delivery teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and align C-level stakeholders.
- Strategic advisory skills combined with hands-on delivery ownership.
- Solid understanding of lending architecture, system integration, and cloud-based platform design.
- Experience working with core banking or lending platforms.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North America.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients early in the program lifecycle to shape scope, align stakeholders, and build the foundation for delivery.
- Take end-to-end ownership of large-scale lending transformation programs with Finance clients.
- Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of accountability.
- Develop client-specific solutions that address strategic objectives and translate business needs into concrete delivery roadmaps.
- Ensure program delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing delivery teams fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and sales teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and commercially viable.
- Identify and proactively manage delivery risks across programs.
