Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, executive search, or a similar role.
- Strong experience recruiting technical profiles specifically in the UK.
- Good understanding of the UK technology ecosystem.
- Experience recruiting within AI, ML, infrastructure, cloud, developer tools, or other highly technical environments.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior engineers, technical leaders, and founders.
- Strong professional network or evidence of ability to build one.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving startup environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions.
- Ownership mentality and willingness to support broader People operations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Own and support strategic technical hiring across AI/Machine Learning, Infrastructure, Software Engineering, and Product roles.
- Partner directly with founders and senior leaders to define and execute hiring strategy.
- Develop long-term relationships within the UK AI and technology ecosystem.
- Identify and attend relevant meetups, conferences, and industry events to build networks.
- Engage with passive candidates and identify creative ways to reach exceptional talent.
- Maintain a deep understanding of technical domains such as AI inference, GPUs, and distributed systems to conduct credible candidate conversations.
