Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building software, specifically in data-heavy or integration-focused systems.
- Solid backend and systems engineering instincts, including reasoning about deployment topology and architectural tradeoffs.
- Deep understanding of modern authentication protocols, service principals, and identity federation.
- Experience building on external platforms with incomplete documentation or evolving requirements.
- Proficiency in backend development with comfort in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and ship under uncertainty.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and coordination.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of partner integrations from design and code to production maintenance.
- Define technical defaults for architecture, including identity flows, multi-tenancy, and data movement.
- Manage infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability for developed systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external platform partners to align on interfaces and manage dependencies.
- Author design documents, RFCs, and technical specifications to guide team direction.
