Requirements
- Proven experience as an in-house Talent Partner or Talent Acquisition Specialist in a fast-growing organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume pipelines with accuracy and pace.
- Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience with outbound sourcing methods to attract and nurture high-quality talent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, shape role profiles, and advise on the hiring process.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment, balancing speed with rigour.
- Undertake engaging headhunting and outbound sourcing to attract and nurture high-quality talent.
- Ensure all hiring actions are captured in Applicant Tracking and sourcing platforms.
- Use data to proactively engage with hiring managers and maintain hiring dashboards.
- Contribute to process improvements, leverage AI tools for workflow automation, and support employer brand initiatives.
