Requirements
- HR business partnering experience with senior leaders in a scaling technology, fintech, or high-growth environment.
- Proven experience with portfolio ownership rather than supporting roles.
- Exposure to product, design, marketing, or analytics functions with an understanding of how they are built and motivated.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and build credibility across diverse teams, from creative design to operational fraud teams.
- Strategic range to shape long-term plans alongside operational delivery of daily tasks.
- Experience supporting cross-cultural, distributed teams across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical and advisory instinct using data to influence and advise leaders.
- Confident in managing employee relations across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Support organizational design, team transformations, workforce planning, and structural change across client groups.
- Build capability in managers by developing the people management standard from hiring to performance conversations.
- Scale and retain talent, specifically within product, design, and analytics teams.
- Use people analytics to turn data into insights and actionable strategies.
- Manage employee relations across the portfolio in partnership with the ER Centre of Excellence.
- Embed company culture and values across performance, development, feedback, and rituals.
