Responsibilities
- Define product visions, strategies, and roadmaps for insurance and financial services clients.
- Analyse underwriting, claims, pricing, and distribution processes to identify opportunities for AI and technology.
- Translate business needs into AI use cases, product concepts, and business cases.
- Lead complex technology and AI projects from discovery and validation through MVP and rollout.
- Act as Product Owner or Product Lead, defining scope, requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria with engineering, data, and AI teams.
- Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
- Advise senior stakeholders and C-level executives, and lead workshops, strategic discussions, and executive presentations.
- Support UK pre-sales and business development, including proposals, pitches, and follow-on opportunities.
- Help build the UK team and strengthen its market presence.
- Mentor consultants and share insurance domain expertise across Impact Studios.
