Requirements
- Experience in product management.
- A track record of delivering successful products from concept to market.
- Experience working closely with software development teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Comfort working across multiple internal brands and stakeholder groups.
- Familiarity with modern UX/UI practices.
- Experience in SaaS, InsurTech, or claims and insurance technology sectors is ideal.
- Knowledge of insurance, claims or fleet management industries is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Support ownership and maintenance of the claims management product roadmap, balancing innovation with delivery feasibility.
- Define and prioritise product requirements based on customer and internal stakeholder needs.
- Build relationships with customers to gather feedback, validate features and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Represent the customer within the business and engage internal teams to align product initiatives with business goals.
- Work with the Product Owner, Head of Product and development teams to translate roadmap priorities into features, user stories and deliverables.
- Work with QA, UX/UI and data teams to maintain platform quality, usability and measurability.
- Monitor claims management, motor insurance and fleet trends, and evaluate opportunities for automation and data-led improvements.
- Define and track product metrics and contribute to product management processes, tools and reporting.
