Job Details

Demonstrate professional fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
Bring 5+ years of product management experience.
Have a proven track record leading product discovery, design, and delivery across systems and teams with a high degree of autonomy.
Have practical experience owning or launching production AI/LLM applications.
Understand how to evaluate AI features, iterate on AI solutions, and implement appropriate guardrails.
Have technical literacy to discuss backend services, APIs, and frontend web applications with engineering counterparts.
Be comfortable working directly with clients and translating business needs for technical and non-technical partners.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude regularly in day-to-day work.
Apply curiosity about emerging AI technologies and a responsible approach to their use in a B2B setting.
Previous experience in HR tech, recruiting, or staffing platforms is a plus.

Define the product vision and roadmap for adapting Noa's LLM-powered capabilities to French local staffing workflows and partner systems.
Own delivery of cross-system solutions, sequencing work into testable, releasable increments with engineering and coordinating rollouts with partner teams.
Conduct user research with stakeholders and end users to understand French staffing operations and inform product and technical decisions.
Collaborate with design and engineering to prototype ideas with users and partners, using qualitative and quantitative feedback to select solutions.
Communicate product requirements, options, constraints, and tradeoffs to align engineering and business partners.
Define and monitor key success metrics for the French market, ensuring the product is reliable, delivers value, and improves over time.
