Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or PBP.
- Have experience supporting varied client groups; GTM experience is an asset.
- Advise and coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, and exits across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
- Work collaboratively with employee relations partners and internal legal counsel on employee matters.
- Support leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, and change management.
- Build credible relationships with experienced stakeholders and provide a trusted perspective on HR challenges.
- Work autonomously in a global, fully remote, distributed environment.
- Use AI in day-to-day work for personal productivity, insight, and analysis.
- Flex across timezones when the work requires it.
- Stay flexible and solutions-focused in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic People partner to leaders in Data and Product and the team expert in EMEA HR Partner Experience.
- Develop knowledge of Zapier's market context, business strategy, and client group to advise leaders and build strong relationships.
- Work with leaders on organizational design, performance standards, talent reviews, and change management communications.
- Advise on complex people challenges with timely support that balances empathy, judgment, and business context.
- Drive PBP-led people processes, including performance review and promotion cycles and engagement surveys.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to design and roll out people initiatives connected to business needs.
- Partner with the PBP-ER team on EMEA employee performance cases and investigations.
- Use AI tooling in day-to-day work and share practices with the team.
