Requirements
- Experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, ideally within a high-growth, high-tech environment.
- Experience hiring for Sales or Corporate roles.
- Strong proficiency with Greenhouse ATS including reporting, workflows, and stakeholder support.
- Familiarity with AI tools for recruitment sourcing, screening, and automation.
- Understanding of structured interviewing and assessment best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches with high quality and pace.
- Data-minded with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.
- Exposure to the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles from requisition intake to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake sessions and define success profiles.
- Maintain high data integrity and pipeline visibility using Greenhouse ATS.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines across active and passive markets.
- Apply AI tools for sourcing, screening, and process automation to improve efficiency.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support global Talent Acquisition projects including employer branding and process improvement.
