Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or health policy.
- Comprehensive understanding of the German healthcare system, reimbursement landscape, and regulatory framework.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, public affairs, and building corporate reputation.
- Proven track record of influencing healthcare policy and stakeholder perspectives.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional, matrixed teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Native-level German language proficiency.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with MS Office and common business applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the government affairs strategy for Germany in alignment with corporate leadership.
- Represent RevMed in healthcare policy forums, industry associations, and trade bodies in Germany.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with government entities, healthcare providers, and medical societies.
- Monitor healthcare policy developments and provide counsel to company leadership.
- Prepare and support leaders for engagements with policymakers and institutional stakeholders.
- Partner with Patient Advocacy to drive engagement strategies with patient organizations.
- Manage government affairs budgets and oversee external agencies or consultants.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards across all government affairs activities.
- Collaborate across Communications, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Advocacy departments.
