- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Nice to have: Experience working with B2B SaaS or software products.
- Nice to have: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools.
- Nice to have: Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Nice to have: Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum development processes.
- Nice to have: Experience with process mapping or workflow documentation.
- Nice to have: Basic SQL, reporting, or data analysis experience.
Responsibilities
- Gather and clarify business requirements from internal stakeholders and users.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and QA teams throughout the development process.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document workflows, business rules, requirements, and process changes.
- Support backlog refinement and help clarify requirements for development teams.
- Analyse data and operational information to support business and product decisions.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, and project discussions.
- Help validate delivered functionality against agreed business requirements.
- Track open questions, dependencies, and requirement changes throughout projects.
