Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Econometrics, or a similar quantitative field.
- Strong foundation in statistics.
- Experience with data processing/programming for analysis.
- Experience with data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with SQL.
- Completion of a capstone or real company data project.
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- General interest in decentralization, Web3, blockchain, and crypto.
Responsibilities
- Conduct exploratory analysis to answer business questions and present actionable insights.
- Build, monitor, and maintain dashboards for product and operations teams.
- Collaborate directly with product managers and operational leads to translate business needs into data requirements.
- Support senior analysts on larger projects, including experiment analysis and deep-dive investigations.
- Help maintain and improve the data team's documentation, queries, and standards.
- Take full ownership of the accuracy and reliability of all deliverables.
