Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, data analysis, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with both business and technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Experience working with B2B SaaS or software products (preferred)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools (preferred)
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria (preferred)
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum development processes (preferred)
- Basic SQL, reporting, or data analysis experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Gather and clarify business requirements from internal stakeholders and users
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and QA teams throughout the development process
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Document workflows, business rules, requirements, and process changes
- Support backlog refinement and help clarify requirements for development teams
- Analyse data and operational information to support business and product decisions
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, and project discussions
- Help validate delivered functionality against agreed business requirements
- Track open questions, dependencies, and requirement changes throughout projects
