Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR guidance to leadership, translating business requirements into people solutions.
- Lead workforce planning and global organizational design initiatives.
- Drive the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including performance management and leadership development.
- Analyze people metrics and trends to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Manage complex casework and employee relations issues across global jurisdictions.
- Lead organizational change management initiatives.
- Analyze global engagement survey data to build and execute action plans.
- Partner with People Ops and legal to ensure seamless employee lifecycle processes.
