Requirements
- Senior HR experience partnering with engineering organizations in a scaling technology or fintech business.
- Proven experience leading or formally coaching HR business partners.
- Demonstrated depth in organizational design, including levelling, spans, and layers.
- Strategic and operational ability to design long-term org strategy and work at the team level.
- Experience supporting cross-cultural, remote, and global teams across multiple regions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate people priorities into business outcomes.
- Experience operating with autonomy at a C-level.
- Solid employee relations judgement across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Lead org design including workforce planning, levelling, and team transformation.
- Maintain full accountability for people partnering across the Technology and Product organization.
- Coach, develop, and set direction for a direct report (Senior People Partner).
- Use people analytics to inform decisions on capability, attrition, and cost.
- Drive distributed team effectiveness in a fast-paced, asynchronous, multi-country environment.
- Handle senior and sensitive employee relations cases for the technology portfolio.
