- Proven HR business partnering experience supporting senior leaders.
- Experience in scaling technology, fintech, or high-growth businesses.
- Portfolio ownership experience rather than just supporting a function.
- Direct exposure to product, design, marketing, or analytics team structures.
- Adaptability to manage diverse team types from creative to high-stakes operational roles.
- Ability to switch between strategic long-term planning and tactical day-to-day execution.
- Experience supporting cross-cultural teams across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical and advisory instinct to navigate trade-offs and risks.
- Confident in managing employee relations across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Support organizational design and change, including workforce planning and structural transformations.
- Build capability in managers by overseeing performance, hiring, and professional development.
- Scale and retain talent, specifically for product, design, and analytics roles.
- Use people analytics to turn data into actionable insights for client groups.
- Manage employee relations cases across the portfolio in partnership with the ER Centre of Excellence.
- Reinforce company culture and values across all team touchpoints.
