- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to represent the company with professionalism internally and externally
- Target-driven and detail-oriented mindset
- Tech industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategies to build diverse pipelines across corporate teams through sourcing, research, events, and social media.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand team goals, facilitate interview debriefs, and drive offer negotiations.
- Use data analysis to identify search insights, headwinds, and tailwinds.
- Advise leaders on structured interview processes and inclusive interviewing best practices.
- Maintain pipeline data and records with high attention to detail in Greenhouse.
