- 7+ years of experience owning senior G&A searches in high-growth technology companies.
- Experience leading or setting direction for a recruiting pod, including running syncs and driving team experimentation.
- Proven track record of success hiring senior/specialized talent in finance, legal, people, and operations.
- Strong search fundamentals: market mapping, talent intelligence, passive engagement, and executive-level closing.
- Analytical ability to interpret recruiting metrics, funnel health, and pipeline quality.
- Excellent written and verbal executive presence.
- Applied AI fluency to accelerate workflows, structure problems, and improve output.
- High ownership, persistence, and judgment in navigating ambiguous, confidential searches.
Responsibilities
- Run executive level G&A hiring syncs and drive team cadence.
- Represent the G&A pod in headcount and workforce-planning discussions.
- Drive solutioning and experimentation to unblock searches and improve recruiting processes.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior G&A searches across Strategic Finance, Legal, People, and Operations.
- Advise executive stakeholders on market dynamics, hiring strategy, and candidate calibration.
- Develop market maps for priority searches and build targeted sourcing strategies.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience for senior and specialized talent.
