- Ability to hard wire into high-speed internet connection.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional personal production while delivering career coaching, graduate engagement, and placement support.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by mentoring peers, answering process questions, and sharing best practices.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to build team capability.
- Promote consistency in documentation, CRM utilization, and departmental procedures.
- Partner with managers to support departmental initiatives and operational projects.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
