- 3+ years of experience coaching and developing high-performing planners.
- Proven track record of maintaining high quality scores in personal planning and team development.
- Deep technical expertise in equity compensation, tax, estate planning, and debt refinancing.
- Experience working in a financial services startup environment.
- Ability to adapt to evolving service models and changing business needs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence behavior change.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a pod of financial planners in navigating organizational updates and achieving company goals.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and quality reviews to refine planner member communication and relationship management skills.
- Serve as the primary advisor for the pod on calendar management, complex member escalations, and compliance issues.
- Drive full team adoption of core planning methodology, tools, and proprietary technology platform.
- Partner with Planning Leadership to solve business challenges and develop growth plans for team members.
- Maintain a personal portfolio of 50–100 members delivering personalized financial advice.
- Onboard new members via live training demos to teach pod members effective engagement strategies.
