Requirements
- Significant experience delivering or overseeing training, facilitation, or adult learning programs.
- Proven experience directly supervising, coaching, or developing trainers and facilitators.
- Demonstrated ability to establish, monitor, and improve quality and fidelity standards.
- Strong understanding of adult learning and experiential education principles.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong cultural humility and ability to build relationships across diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to make sound, timely decisions in high-pressure training environments.
- Strong project management, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience with peer-support models, trauma-informed approaches, or train-the-trainer programs preferred.
- Advanced degree in mental health, behavioral health, social work, psychology, or counseling preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain quality and fidelity standards across all training and facilitation activities.
- Serve as a senior/master trainer for facilitator training and professional learning programs.
- Lead training sessions directly and provide guidance on model fidelity, safety, and professional boundaries.
- Train, coach, supervise, and develop trainers and facilitators.
- Lead train-the-trainer initiatives to build internal training capacity.
- Observe and assess training delivery to identify quality concerns and establish improvement plans.
- Maintain oversight of curricula, trainer guides, and session materials.
- Develop scalable systems and standard operating procedures for training and quality assurance.
