Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience in software quality assurance.
- Experience coaching or providing team guidance.
- Experience with Test Case Management software, specifically Zephyr Scale.
- Experience working with JIRA.
- Experience with automation using Playwright.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent college degree (preferred).
- Solid understanding of HIPAA privacy laws (preferred).
- Experience working with a Software as a Service (SaaS) development team (preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 5%.
Responsibilities
- Lead QAE team execution and planning, managing shifting priorities.
- Assess team capabilities and mentor team members to encourage professional development.
- Serve as the primary QAE contributor and project contact.
- Guide test strategy, planning, and review decisions.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for Sev-1 and Sev-2 incidents using the 5 Whys method.
- Translate business and customer needs into actionable, testable requirements.
- Advocate for and contribute to automation framework extensions.
- Drive innovation in QAE processes and manage technical debt.
