Requirements
- 3+ years of talent sourcing and/or recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth technology companies.
- Demonstrated ability to source technical talent across multiple functions such as Engineering, Product, and GTM.
- Strong research skills with experience using methods beyond basic keyword or title searches.
- Experience in passive candidate engagement and crafting personalized outreach.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience managing multiple searches.
- Proficiency with sourcing platforms and ATS technology.
- Collaborative and adaptable working style.
- Interest in AI, automation, and emerging sourcing tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to define candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across Engineering, Product, Design, GTM, and G&A functions.
- Identify and engage passive talent using diverse channels, networks, and creative research methods.
- Conduct market mapping and analyze pipeline data to provide actionable intelligence to hiring teams.
- Incorporate inclusive sourcing practices to identify candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with team members on sourcing jams, knowledge sharing, and workflow improvements.
