Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- At least 1 year of experience recruiting for independently licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD).
- Experience in high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organization and calendar management skills.
- Ability to leverage business acumen to analyze and interpret data for decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and hire licensed therapists.
- Partner directly with clinical care leadership to drive hiring goals.
- Share the company mission and value proposition with prospective candidates.
- Ensure an outstanding and value-aligned candidate experience.
- Source candidates creatively, re-engage talent, and refine recruitment processes.
