Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 1+ year in a leadership or people-management role.
- Demonstrated experience coaching and developing Product Managers.
- Strong technical fluency with SQL, APIs, BI tools, and AI tools.
- Ability to prototype independently with limited engineering support.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, cross-functional products.
- Experience developing business cases incorporating financial projections and ROI analysis.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong customer discovery and product experimentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a broad portfolio.
- Drive product-market fit through customer research, market analysis, and experimentation.
- Represent the product portfolio with executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Develop clear business cases connecting product investments to revenue and strategic value.
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers through mentorship and career development.
- Lead high-quality product delivery from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Make timely decisions around product value, technical risk, and priorities.
