Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent owning a B2B SaaS product.
- Track record of thinking about infrastructure as a product and translating system-level capabilities into customer-facing features.
- Entrepreneurial experience taking new products to market.
- Experience with deployment models such as multi-tenant and dedicated infrastructure.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define success metrics and use data alongside qualitative feedback.
- Strong collaboration skills for working across engineering, design, infrastructure, and GTM teams.
- Execution-oriented with a bias toward shipping and iterating quickly.
- Demonstrated ownership across the full product lifecycle from definition to launch and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Drive the roadmap and strategy for managed North, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term platform investment.
- Partner with GTM teams to test assumptions, validate market needs, and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Engage directly with customers and developers to understand integration challenges and validate priorities.
- Define success metrics for platform health and developer experience.
- Partner with engineering, research, technical writing, and developer relations to ship and document platform improvements.
