Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with consumer-facing products.
- Proven ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Demonstrated track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex signals.
- Commitment to maintaining 3-4 hours of daily overlap with global engineering teams.
- Strong first-principles thinking and ability to work with incomplete information.
- Diligent follow-through and ownership over product quality and development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to identify user journey friction points.
- Monitor and synthesize user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research into actionable insights.
- Drive bug triage and resolution in partnership with engineering teams.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance features.
- Contribute to A/B testing, experiment design, and requirement documentation.
- Partner with design and engineering to ship product features that balance speed, clarity, and trust.
