Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with consumer-facing products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for synthesizing information into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Must maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with global engineering business hours.
- Demonstrated ability to function as a first-principles thinker who can work with incomplete information.
- High level of diligence and follow-through in ownership of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to identify user journey friction points.
- Own user feedback monitoring by synthesizing signals from reviews, support tickets, and research.
- Drive bug triage and resolution with engineering to ensure quality.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
- Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design in partnership with Design and Engineering teams.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and requirements.
