Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience (FP&A, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, or similar).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L mechanics, and forecasting processes.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience working with large datasets.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to connect drivers to outcomes.
- Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with SQL, PowerPivot, PowerQuery or other data querying tools preferred.
- Experience working in a fast paced, high growth environment
Responsibilities
- Own, update, and refine cost-to-serve models to ensure pricing accuracy and unit-economic margin protection.
- Support cross-functional teams on deal desk inquiries, retention strategies, capacity insights, and other initiatives.
- Manage monthly and quarterly close activities and regular cadence deliverables.
- Provide support to scale Gia and Contractor lines of business.
- Deliver high-quality analytical support as needed.
