Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ years progressive professional experience with a Master’s Degree.
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare.
- 2+ years of experience in value-based care.
- Expert Excel skills (Index/Match, XLOOKUP, FILTER).
- Advanced PowerPoint skills (storyboarding, executive-level presentation design).
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in healthcare operations.
- Strong strategic planning and hypothesis-driven analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with senior stakeholders with poise and maturity.
- Demonstrated ability with emerging AI tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution for field, practice, and end-user go-to-market efforts for Risk Stratification programs.
- Build and manage partnerships with strategic practice leadership, payer partners, and external vendors.
- Direct and support team members in executing strategic initiatives, program design, and materials development.
- Coordinate with product, analytics, technology, and care program leaders to advance collaborative risk stratification efforts.
- Identify, evaluate, and contract new vendor partnerships to support insight delivery.
- Provide strategic oversight for incentive programs, monitoring, and practice-level prioritization.
