Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Economics, Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred).
- 12+ years of professional experience (or 7+ years with a Master’s Degree).
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare.
- 2+ years of experience in value-based care.
- Expert Excel skills: large data sets, Index/Match, XLOOKUP, FILTER formulas.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills: storyboarding and executive-level material drafting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management track record for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Business analyst toolkit: ability to prioritize, solve problems via hypothesis-driven methods, and overcome ambiguity.
- Experience building, scaling, or teaching AI tooling preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution for field, practice, and end user go-to-market efforts for all Risk Stratification program- and product-related efforts.
- Manage partnerships with strategic practice leadership, payer partners, and vendors to advance insight delivery and Risk Stratification efforts.
- Direct and support Transformation team members’ initiatives, including program design, materials development, and monitoring.
- Coordinate with cross-functional product, analytics, technology, performance, and care programs leaders.
- Identify, evaluate, contract, and execute new vendor and external partnerships.
