Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across Sales and/or Revenue Enablement.
- 5+ years in management or senior leadership roles overseeing managers and senior professionals.
- Proven experience leading revenue enablement for a high-performing SaaS organization operating at scale.
- Previous experience carrying a sales quota or working directly in a customer-facing revenue role.
- Deep expertise in sales enablement technologies, global sales methodologies, and instructional design.
- Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and develop high-performing global teams.
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Highly metrics-driven with the ability to connect enablement investments to measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global revenue enablement strategy, aligning programs with company objectives, revenue targets, and go-to-market priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of Revenue Enablement Managers and Directors.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and other GTM functions.
- Design and standardize global onboarding frameworks that establish a consistent foundation for customer-facing teams.
- Architect comprehensive learning journeys covering onboarding, continuous development, product enablement, and leadership development.
- Establish metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate enablement effectiveness, including ramp time, productivity, and revenue impact.
