Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in workforce analytics, labor planning, or analytical disciplines including forecasting and staffing model development.
Strong expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and quantitative business recommendations.
Advanced proficiency with Excel.
Experience with SQL, Python, R, or comparable analytical technologies.
Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI.
Demonstrated experience developing workforce forecasts, staffing models, labor standards, and productivity metrics.
Strong business acumen and ability to connect analytical insights to operational and financial strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Conduct advanced analysis of workforce and labor data, including staffing patterns, labor performance, employee trends, and productivity.
Develop, refine, and maintain forecasting models and staffing plans to optimize labor allocation.
Partner with Operations, Finance, and HR teams to evaluate scheduling practices and labor deployment strategies.
Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations to improve labor efficiency and cost management.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate workforce performance to leadership.
Own key workforce management processes, including establishing labor-hour targets and managing scheduling tools.
Develop and improve workforce models, labor standards, and analytical methodologies.
