Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, or a similar data-focused role within a direct-to-consumer performance marketing environment.
- Strong SQL expertise, with the ability to independently write, debug, and optimize queries.
- Hands-on experience with dbt and GitHub.
- Experience developing and maintaining dashboards using Sigma, Tableau, or a comparable BI/analytics platform.
- Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics, including CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CAC.
- Familiarity with marketing technology and measurement systems, including pixel configuration and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and/or Hightouch.
- Understanding of attribution methodologies and incrementality testing.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate underlying drivers.
- Highly self-directed and proactive with the ability to take ownership of projects.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to incorporate AI tools into everyday workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own ongoing performance monitoring and reporting across paid media channels including SEM, Paid Social, Display, and CTV.
- Conduct root cause analysis to investigate campaign performance changes and deliver clear recommendations.
- Build, maintain, and improve performance dashboards in platforms like Sigma.
- Write, update, debug, and maintain SQL queries and dbt models for reporting and measurement.
- Manage digital marketing measurement operations, including Google Tag Manager and conversion uploads via Hightouch.
- Troubleshoot tracking, conversion, and measurement issues to ensure data accuracy.
- Support the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and geo-experiments.
- Contribute to attribution, incrementality, and forecasting initiatives.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance analytical, coding, and workflow development efficiency.
